Patricia González-Villaseñor is an educator and technology leader specializing in STEM
education and cybersecurity. She has led full-scale implementations of enterprise information
systems and driven digital transformation initiatives across international environments. With
nearly two decades of experience in education in Central Texas, she is recognized for
advancing analytical thinking and empowering students to pursue STEM careers with
confidence and purpose.
Her professional experience includes implementing the Banner ERP system at Universidad de
Monterrey and serving in leadership roles as a consultant, corporate trainer, and database
administrator for international organizations operating in Mexico. Her work has focused on
organizational change management, enterprise systems integration, and capacity building
across cross-cultural teams.
She holds a Master’s degree in International Business and Organizational Development and is
completing an Associate of Applied Science in Cybersecurity at Austin Community College. She
serves as Vice President of Academic Programs for WiCyS Austin Affiliate, where she leads and
supports initiatives that strengthen cybersecurity education, leadership development, and
professional pathways. She is passionate about lifelong learning and community impact and is
committed to developing the next generation of diverse technology leaders.
