David Zampino is the Network Security Administrator for the City of Milwaukee Employes' Retirement System, where he secures critical retirement systems and infrastructure. He serves as President of InfraGard Wisconsin and as an Incident Response Lead for the Wisconsin Cyber Response Team, volunteering as an incident responder, assessor, and educator supporting public-sector organizations and critical infrastructure. He holds the CISSP, CEH, and PenTest+ certifications and brings hands-on expertise in DFIR, vulnerability management, disaster recovery, and security operations across Windows and Linux environments. Outside of cybersecurity, David is a proud husband and father of two who enjoys cooking, running, and singing.
