Valerie Scott is a cybersecurity and technology leader focused on helping enterprise IT and security teams accelerate business outcomes by simplifying complex decisions, operationalizing technology platforms, and maximizing the value of cybersecurity investments over the past decade.

As a Sr. Client Account Director at SynerComm, Inc., she partners with organizations to align cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business strategy -  enabling secure modernization, operational resilience, and long-term growth.

Valerie brings a unique blend of technical expertise and executive advisory experience, helping organizations navigate evolving challenges across cybersecurity, networking, cloud transformation, risk management, and AI driven innovation. She is known for translating complex technical initiatives into actionable business value and fostering strong alignment between technology leaders and executive stakeholders.

An active voice in the cybersecurity community, Valerie has participated in industry podcasts, panels, and speaking engagements, including the STEM Dialogue on Diversity alongside distinguished leaders in technology and cybersecurity. She currently serves as President of the ISACA Milwaukee Chapter, where she is passionate about advancing innovation, professional development, and collaboration across the regional cybersecurity and technology community.

Valerie earned her degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and was recognized with the Pt. Koshadhish Misra Award. Beyond her professional work, she is deeply passionate about volunteering and contributing to the continued revitalization and growth of Milwaukee.
