Dana Brady is the Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships at the Executive Women’s Forum (EWF), where she works with leading organizations to advance leadership development, workforce resilience, and executive growth across cybersecurity, technology, risk, and privacy sectors. In her role, Dana partners with global companies to help cultivate stronger leadership pipelines, foster meaningful professional communities, and support the development of high-performing teams in rapidly evolving environments.
With a background spanning sales leadership, customer engagement, and strategic partnerships, Dana brings a practical and relationship-driven approach to leadership conversations. She is especially passionate about helping organizations navigate change, strengthen leadership capability, and create opportunities for connection and collaboration across the industry.
At the EWF, Dana has helped organizations engage in transformative leadership programs, mentoring initiatives, and emerging areas such as AI security readiness and executive development. She is a strong advocate for the power of community, continuous learning, and authentic leadership in shaping the future of work.
Dana is based in the New York metropolitan area and is a graduate of Hamilton College.
