Alex (Alexandra) Siedsma is a seasoned training manager with more than 20 years of experience designing and delivering high-impact learning programs. She currently leads global cybersecurity awareness and anti-phishing initiatives at Otis Elevator Company, driving strategy and execution for programs that reach over 80,000 employees worldwide, while translating complex security threats into engaging, accessible training. With a decade of experience in cybersecurity alongside a strong foundation in learning and development, Alex brings a unique ability to connect security concepts with broad audiences.
