Scott Tomilson is a Senior Director of Product Development at Ping Identity, based in Vancouver. He leads engineering teams responsible for cloud and on-premises identity security solutions relied upon by major financial, retail, and technology organizations worldwide. Scott holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of New Brunswick and has over 25 years of experience in the identity space. He spent eight years in Asia working at Entrust on projects spanning federated SSO, multi-factor authentication, e-passports, and secure email. In 2011, he relocated his Japanese-Canadian family from Tokyo to Vancouver, where he has held various product and site leadership roles at Ping Identity. Recently, a key focus of his has been developing a pragmatic roadmap for Post-Quantum Cryptography.
