Shan founded the company alongside Tim Thacker in hopes to directly address the chronic cybersecurity talent shortage. Nullify AI employees have saved over 48,000 hours of manual work and auto-resolved over 450 vulnerabilities, all with minimal human oversight. Nullify recently closed a $12.5M seed funding round, bringing the company’s total funding to $16.9 million, with the goal of scaling international go-to-market efforts and growing engineering and research teams.
