Paige is the founder and CEO of Needling Worldwide, LLC, a fast-growing consulting firm specializing in standards-based compliance and certification. Paige has more than 25 years of experience addressing the challenges of network security, data privacy, risk management, and corporate cybersecurity strategy.  Paige has been featured in a variety of industry publications and is a frequent speaker at industry symposia. Her entire career has been dedicated to the evolving landscape of information security and compliance. She is a leader by example, boasting numerous credentials, including Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, ISO 42001, and ISO 27001, as well as CISA, PMP, and multiple other certifications. She was recently awarded ISSA International Security Person of the Year 2023 and one of the Top 20 Innovative Leaders by the Technology Association of Georgia 2024.  

She has led efforts for multiple organizations to achieve compliance and certification to ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 42001, ISO 27701, ISO 27017/27018, HIPAA, SOC 2, NIST, TISAX, and CMMC standards. Prior to Needling Worldwide, she served as Chief Information Security Officer for One America Financial Services, Reverse Technology Group, Mortgage Asset Management, and San Juan Construction, Inc., Chief Compliance Officer and Global Director of Information Security and Compliance for Recall Holdings, and Director of Data Privacy and Information Management for IHG, and other Senior roles, including for The Coca-Cola Company.
