Kelly has 30 years of leadership, SaaS expertise, specializing in quality, security and 
enterprise applications technology. 
She was responsible for CarGurus Information Security, Technology and Enterprise 
Applications departments, securing and protecting both internal and external customer 
data. She helped open CarGurus new headquarters in Back Bay, Boston in September 
‘24, after over a 5 yr long project to build it from the ground-up. 

She has a proven track record of successfully building and running security, privacy, 
quality, and technology programs at multiple organizations, some including Hasbro, 
Salsify and Brightcove. She serves on multiple technology advisory boards and is an 
active member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals where she 
obtained a Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT) certification. 
In 2020, Kelly completed her Master of Science in Information Security and Assurance 
with a concentration in international privacy law from Norwich University in Vermont.
