Smita Agrawal is a seasoned Cybersecurity Professional with over 20 years of experience across the healthcare, financial services, automotive and consulting industry. She joined McKinsey & Company in 2022 as the Principal Security Architect and is currently working there as a Senior Security Manager. Previously, she has held Enterprise Security Architecture roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association and the Northern Trust Company. A CISSP-certified professional, Smita is also passionate about mentorship and advancing women in Cybersecurity. She founded and chaired a Women in Security Forum across Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans, Association and Affiliates Nationwide and is currently active at McKinsey & Company's Women in Technology Momentum Program to increase the presence and advancement of Women in Cybersecurity and Technology
