Chris Jacob is Field CISO for Securonix and ThreatQuotient, where he works with enterprise security leaders to strengthen security operations, modernize SOC programs, and align cybersecurity strategy with measurable business outcomes. He advises CISOs and security teams on threat intelligence, detection and response, operational maturity, governance, analyst workflows, and the responsible use of AI in security operations.     Chris brings more than 15 years of experience in information security, spanning roles in security operations, incident response, threat intelligence, and security program development across organizations including Sourcefire, Fidelis Cybersecurity, and Webroot. A former U.S. Marine Corps Battalion Information Systems Coordinator, he combines hands-on operational experience with a practical understanding of how security teams perform under pressure.
