Dr. Barbara Walker is the Vice President, Global Cyber & Information Security at The Lincoln Electric Company. She is responsible for implementing and running the company's cybersecurity program, identifying, evaluating, and reporting on legal, regulatory, IT, and cybersecurity risks related to company information assets while supporting and advancing business objectives.

Prior to joining Lincoln Electric, Barbara served in various IT roles for 25 years and has been aligned with the cybersecurity discipline since 2007. Barbara received her Doctorate in Inorganic Chemistry from the Technical University of Vienna, Austria. She maintains various cybersecurity certifications, including Holistic Information Security Practitioner (HISP) and Certified Enterprise Resilience Practitioner (CERP).

She is well-connected throughout the cybersecurity community and participates in various cybersecurity forums and special interest groups, including ISACA, InfraGard, NEOCC, the CISO Executive Network, and others.
