With more than 12 years of experience in policy writing and 6 years in cybersecurity, Amy (SiSi) Scites brings a strong blend of strategic leadership, governance expertise, and passion for people development to the field. She currently leads the global cyber policy program at Cardinal Health driving enterprise-wide cybersecurity policy and governance initiatives. Prior to Cardinal Health, she helped build and mature cybersecurity programs for smaller organizations and gained valuable third-party risk management experience from both vendor and customer perspectives.

Known for her passion for policy writing, Amy (SiSi) believes effective policies are more than documentation — they are tools that enable security, create clarity, and empower organizations. She is also dedicated to mentoring individuals new to cybersecurity, helping others build confidence and grow within the industry.
