Sara Lazarus is the founder of Faded Jeans Technology LLC, an IT security services firm dedicated to helping companies build and enhance security programs that can pass audits and stand up to threat actors. 

Her expertise is forged from years of hands-on leadership in critical security roles. Earlier in her career, Sara led Incident Response and SecOps teams, notably building a world-class 24x7 Security Operations Center (SOC) and Incident Response team responsible for Salesforce’s most secure environments.

Transitioning this large-scale experience to the startup world, Sara became the first Head of Security and IT at a high-growth fintech. There, she built the security, cloud engineering, and corporate IT functions from the ground up, creating a group recognized not only for its high performance but also for its exceptional team culture.

Sara holds an MBA from The Wharton School with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
