Josh Susen is the President of InfoShield, specializing in Cybersecurity for the financial sector providing fractional CISO services, vulnerability management, security assessments, and GRC needs. He’s also President of the local InfraGard chapter here in Jacksonville. Josh has worked in healthcare, banking, internet services, and the forest industry. He’s taught networking and cybersecurity courses at Jacksonville University. Before InfoShield he was a Director of IT Security and Compliance at a healthcare service center, a Director of IT in banking, and an IT Architect role leading a team at one of the largest mutual banks in the northeastern US. He holds an MS in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance as well as a number of related certifications (CISSP, CCSP, CEH). Originally from Maine, he lives in Fernandina Beach with his wife and is a proud father of four children. He is a caretaker of a standard poodle that follows him everywhere that’s allowed. Josh also enjoys reading, hiking, and traveling in no particular order.
