Noriko McKinney is a cybersecurity and technology risk leader with over 30 years of experience spanning cybersecurity, IT audit, third-party risk management, governance, and emerging technology risk, including artificial intelligence. She currently leads the third-party cybersecurity risk program at Advance, where she evaluates SaaS platforms, AI-enabled technologies, cloud services, and complex vendor ecosystems from both security and operational resilience perspectives. She also serves as a subject matter expert in business continuity, resilience, and enterprise risk.

Noriko specializes in assessing cybersecurity posture, AI governance, data protection, identity and access management, and operational dependencies across critical enterprise platforms and global vendors. Her work focuses on emerging risks related to generative AI, downstream model usage, SaaS concentration risk, and Nth-party supply chain exposure.
