Raphael Adeyemo is a senior technology risk and cybersecurity leader with over 15 years of experience across IT risk management, cyber resilience, digital investigations, service delivery, and enterprise transformation. His work spans banking, insurance, energy, technology, and academia, with a consistent focus on strengthening organizational resilience and enabling confident decision-making.
He is a Senior Manager, Technology Risk Management at Manulife, where he leads risk analysis and insight-driven strategies to proactively identify, assess, and manage technology and cyber risks in support of business continuity and strategic outcomes.
A recognized community builder, Raphael led a multi-year organizational turnaround and nonprofit incorporation as President and Chair of the Board of Directors of the ISC2 Toronto Chapter. During this period, he institutionalized board governance and modern operating models, scaled membership by approximately 300%, and established sustainable financial and operational foundations from a zero baseline—significantly strengthening the Chapter’s footprint across Canada through partnerships and community-driven initiatives.
Committed to education and thought leadership, Raphael serves as an adjunct professor at Conestoga College and as a Program Advisory Council (PAC) member at Northeastern University (Toronto). He also contributes to global leadership dialogue as a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Board.
