Marina Kirakosian is the Acting Associate Chief Information Officer of Mission Integration at NNSA, where she leads enterprise-wide cybersecurity and IT integration efforts to advance national security priorities and ensure operational resilience. With over 15 years of experience, she is known for driving digital transformation, aligning teams to strategic goals, and delivering measurable outcomes in high-stakes environments.

Her service in the public sector includes leading national cybersecurity and software assurance initiatives at the Office of the Federal Chief Information Officer within the Executive Office of the President, where she shaped policies, established secure software standards, and enhanced enterprise-wide security. She has also held roles at the Department of Homeland Security and the Office of Personnel Management. 

Ms. Kirakosian holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree from George Mason University. She is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), underscoring her expertise in cybersecurity governance and risk management.
