Steve Velazquez is a cybersecurity and identity professional with nearly 30 years of experience helping organizations design, evaluate, and modernize their security programs. He has held roles across sales engineering, technical marketing, security architecture, and executive leadership, including serving as CISO for a highly regulated fintech organization. Prior to joining Rubrik, Steve spent more than seven years at Okta, where he worked closely with enterprise customers on identity, access management, and modern security challenges. He recently joined Rubrik as a specialist focused on Identity Resilience, helping organizations prepare for, withstand, and recover from identity-based attacks.
