Kumba Janga is a Data & AI Architect with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, including 14 years at JPMorgan Chase, where she designs and governs the data and AI systems that power one of the world's largest financial institutions. Her expertise spans data architecture, AI governance, algorithmic accountability, and responsible AI implementation at enterprise scale.

Beyond her corporate work, Kumba serves as President of the Blacks in Technology Philadelphia Chapter and Founder of Pathbridge Technology Group, a workforce development initiative connecting aspiring technologists to technology training and career opportunities.
