Her expertise spans data architecture, AI governance, algorithmic accountability, and responsible AI implementation at enterprise scale.

Beyond her corporate work, Kumba serves as President of the Blacks in Technology Philadelphia Chapter and Founder of Pathbridge Technology Group, a workforce development initiative connecting aspiring technologists to technology training and career opportunities.
