Brian M. Green is the Founder and Chief AI Officer of Health-Vision.AI, LLC, an AI governance architecture and advisory firm that helps organizations assess AI risk and construct governance infrastructure grounded in the National Institute of Standards and Technology AI Risk Management Framework (NIST AI RMF), the European Union AI Act, OWASP security, and other frameworks. He also serves as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Envision-Health.AI, the firm's product development arm, which produces HealthRoundsAI: a platform designed to prepare clinicians to use AI safely, ethically, and with patient trust at the center.
Mr. Green brings 30 years of professional experience across healthcare networks, health communications, continuous quality improvement, and pharma-aligned digital strategy and data analytics. His practice treats AI governance as infrastructure rather than compliance tracking, emphasizing resilient systems designed to survive operational and technical uncertainty.
He is a member of the Healthcare Advisory Board for Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technology (PACT), and also a member of Philly Builds AI alliance. He serves as an Adjunct Instructor in the Master of Science in Health AI program at the Jefferson College of Population Health (JCPH) and holds an advisory board appointment for M.S. in Business Analytics and AI, and MS in Data Analytics and AI programs at Thomas Jefferson University.
