Reet Kaur is a cybersecurity and AI executive with more than 20 years of experience helping boards and executive teams get ahead of the risks that keep them up at night, from securing enterprise systems to anticipating AI regulation and emerging threats before they become business risks. A former CISO with leadership roles at Merck, Nike, Fidelity, CIBC, AECOM, and Portland Community College, she now leads Sekaurity, the executive cybersecurity and AI leadership firm she founded. There, she and a team of experienced security executives and specialized practitioners help organizations strengthen security, govern AI risk, and build resilient programs.

Her work spans fractional and interim security leadership, cybersecurity strategy, AI security and governance, GRC, cyber resilience, M&A risk, and compliance readiness including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001. Reet is NACD Directorship Certified and a graduate of executive programs at Carnegie Mellon University (Executive CISO) and Chicago Booth (Chief AI Officer), and holds CISSP, CISM, CRISC, and PMP certifications.
