Noureen Njoroge

I’m a Cybersecurity Executive passionate about protecting businesses, empowering people, and driving innovation at the intersection of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud, and Data Privacy.

With extensive experience leading in multi-faceted, fast-paced environments across both the public and private sectors, I currently serve as the Global Director of Cyber Threat Intelligence at Nike, where I lead global teams integrating AI security governance with threat intelligence to drive proactive defense and business resilience.

Beyond my executive role, I serve on several Fortune 500 boards and advisory councils — including WiCyS, Cyber Leadership Institute, Flare, United Cybersecurity Alliance, and Africa Cyber Defense — helping organizations strengthen cybersecurity governance, AI adoption, and emerging technology strategy.

I’m honored to be recognized among the Top 50 Cybersecurity Influencers & Ambassadors, Top 40 Under 40 Women Cyber Leaders,Top 30 Most Admired Minority Professionals in Cybersecurity (UK). I’m also a two-time Cybersecurity Woman of the Year (2020 & 2021) and 2019 Cisco Cybersecurity Champion.

As a Global Keynote Speaker, I’ve spoken at major events including Cisco Live, CyberXchange, UK Cyber Senate, WiCyS, ISSA, ISACA, Africa Cyber Defense Forum, and others — sharing actionable insights on AI, cybersecurity leadership, and threat intelligence transformation.

I’m also the President and Co-founder of both North Carolina Women in Cybersecurity and Global Cybersecurity Mentoring (cybersecmentorship.org) — initiatives dedicated to advancing the next generation of cyber leaders through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
