Her leadership experience spans ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 42001 certifications, SOC 2 Type 2, CSA Star, PCI DSS, and FedRAMP compliance, internal and external audits, enterprise risk management, business continuity, third-party risk, access governance, and customer assurance. Maria is also advancing responsible AI governance by aligning emerging AI practices with ISO/IEC 42001, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, privacy requirements, and effective control design.
