Kelly FitzGerald is a cybersecurity leader specializing in product security, customer trust, and supply-chain risk. She currently serves as Cybersecurity Customer Trust Lead at Zscaler, where she helps translate complex security realities into clear, credible narratives for customers and executives.

Over the course of her career, Kelly has held senior product security and risk roles at Raytheon Technologies (RTX), United Technologies, Symantec, and Veritas, working at the intersection of engineering, policy, and real-world operational risk. Her work spans cybersecurity architecture, third-party and supplier risk, vulnerability management, and crisis-ready communications.

Kelly is particularly passionate about building trust in imperfect systems and about increasing visibility and opportunity for women and non-traditional voices in security leadership. She lives in San Diego with her husband and maintains a long-standing fascination with controlled chaos, including pyrotechnics.
