A Navy Veteran and technologist, she transitioned from active service to executive tech leadership supporting the Navy. As a Senior Program Manager specializing in digital engineering for cybersecurity, she translates federal cyber mandates into resilient architectures at enterprise scale. Her work spans naval information warfare systems, afloat tactical networks, and defense modernization programs. Katy also teaches cybersecurity at the graduate level for National University and bridges Navy systems expertise with commercial and academic security strategies.
