Michael Monte

I lead both Customer Success and Sales Engineering at Anvilogic, driving revenue growth and customer outcomes across the full customer lifecycle. In this dual-management role, I oversee teams responsible for customer expansion, retention, and new business acquisition while personally managing strategic partnerships, technical field engagements, and business development initiatives.  I've built customer intelligence infrastructure using our first-party data to build behavior tracking, funnel analysis, and ROI measurement in an effort to power data-driven decisions across GTM initiatives. I also design and deploy AI agents across GTM functions to increase pipeline velocity and operational efficiency.  Drawing on my experience leading the Global Cloud SOC at JPMorgan Chase, I bring deep operational security expertise to help customers operationalize threat detection and response capabilities. I coordinate technical onsite visits and work closely with enterprise customers and partners to maximize the impact of Anvilogic's AI SOC platform.  My unique combination of hands-on SOC leadership, customer empathy, commercial acumen, and a builder's mindset around data and automation enables me to bridge the gap between security operations theory and real-world implementation, helping security teams leverage AI-driven detection capabilities to improve their operations and response effectiveness.
