Rhonna Novy is a cybersecurity leader with over 10 years of experience driving enterprise security strategy, privacy, data governance, application security, and third-party risk within the highly regulated telecom industry. CISSP-certified, she possesses deep expertise in mobile application penetration testing, DevSecOps, SDLC/CI-CD integration, Zero Trust principles, and AI governance. Rhonna has a proven track record of aligning cybersecurity initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements to effectively reduce enterprise risk. Throughout her career, she has partnered with executive leadership to translate complex technical challenges into scalable security solutions.

In addition to her professional roles, Rhonna is an active advocate for cybersecurity education and community engagement. She currently serves as the Cybersecurity Chair and an Advisory Board Member for TechSTL, and holds board positions with the WiCyS St. Louis Affiliate and ISC2 St. Louis/Scott AFB. She also volunteers with CyberUp and helps teach security concepts for the LevelUp PowerUp programs.
