Dr. Porter represents Google as it shares threat intelligence with governments worldwide. He was previously in charge of US Intelligence Community analysis of foreign cyber threats and threats to US elections as the National Intelligence Officer for Cyber, serving under both President Trump and President Biden and as the primary cyber intelligence advisor to the Director of National Intelligence.
