An Nguyen is a passionate cybersecurity advocate based in Toronto, whose professional work and community leadership are deeply interconnected. She currently co-leads the Toronto Chapter of Leading Cyber Ladies and is the co-founder of the Toronto IAM Community, where she is committed to creating inclusive, safe spaces for early‑career cybersecurity professionals to network, learn, and grow.

This community focus is a natural extension of her role as a Security Transformation Director at Accenture, where she leads Canada’s Identity Security ecosystem partnerships within the Global Business Group. With close to two decades of experience in technology and professional services, An works closely with executives and security leaders to shape Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies that align security, technology, and organizational change with business priorities. A recognized voice in the identity and cybersecurity community, she serves on advisory boards and regularly contributes thought leadership through industry publications and public speaking engagements.
