Supervisor Special Agent Rich Foran has investigated national security matters throughout his entire FBI career. He investigated cases involving espionage, theft of trade secrets, counterproliferation, economic espionage, and malign foreign influence. Currently, he is the supervisor for the national security cyber unit, which monitors and interdicts state-sponsored network intrusions.
