Kristie Pfosi is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in technical leadership, risk management, and governance. As Global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Marelli, she oversees cybersecurity across IT, OT, and connected product security, securing the next generation of software-defined vehicles for autonomous and connected mobility. In 2026, she was recognized as a Top 20 Automotive Cybersecurity Leader and named to the Top Michigan CISO List.
Previously, Kristie held senior security roles at Delta Faucet Company, Aptiv, and Mitsubishi Electric Automotive. She also served as a technical intelligence officer at the CIA, driving cybersecurity innovation and global governance initiatives.
Kristie holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering from Kettering University. She has also earned executive certifications in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Harvard and MIT, further solidifying her ability to lead at the intersection of technology and business strategy. She is a founding board member of the Women’s Security Alliance, serves on the board of CXO Xchange supporting scholarships for cybersecurity students, and is a member of the Kettering University Dean’s Board for Engineering, helping shape the future of cybersecurity, engineering, and technology innovation.
